Worst Experience
I honestly felt that was the worst experience going out to Smart Financial Center for this concert we missed the first 3 performances because trying to get into the parking was horrible they was turning people around behind bags being a little over the square and the service to pull your tickets up was not good so you had wait in line for Customer Support to get your tickets and I bring trying to see Tamar before Covid because she was suppose to be in concert at the Arena Theater but she had to cancel soI didn’t see here then so I made sure to get tickets to see her this time and I even spent a little more money to see her and still missed her I’m really disappointed in the treatment we experienced at the Smart Financial
